The end of April saw the N-C-O society participating in the 2023 Rails by the river convention in Sacramento. The event was hosted by the Feather River Rail Society, home of the Western Pacific Museum, and the Pacific Coast Region of the National Model Railroaders Association. Our booth was set up and it was our first time offering our t-shirts and hats to the public. I had a wonderful time presenting our railway’s history to participants Friday evening. I’d like to thank Eugene, Gus, and Laura for attending and helping out! If railroad history is your thing, then I highly recommend attending next year’s convention.
